How long does setup take?
That depends on the complexity of your registration process and additional platform needs, but typically we can have you up and running in anywhere from 2-4 weeks with your own customized platform for student registration, management and communication.

Does it work with our existing tools?
Yes, we integrate with many existing tools already (eg. State reporting systems like LACES and TopsPro and other state systems, Salesforce, Banner, Colleague etc.) and are willing to build an API, if needed, to connect our platform into your systems.
What kind of support do you offer?
We have a well documented user guide and email support with a dedicated team is available 24/7. We also offer phone support and when available we can create a video or jump on a video call to help you understand or utilize our platform.
How does Connectable help with data and attendance reporting?
We collect all of the registration information from students and make that immediately available to staff in our Student information system. This data can then be shared with state reporting systems saving programs valuable time and costly errors that come from entering records individually.
The ConnectAble attendance system manages the collection of class and distance learning, turns that into a manageable report and then can be integrated with other systems for reporting purposes.
