We’re excited to add a Mid-South Membership Director to our team sometime between July and December 2026. If you love building relationships, supporting educators, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.
Territory
We’re seeking a candidate who resides in one of the following states:
Michigan • Indiana • Ohio • Kentucky • Tennessee • Mississippi • Alabama • Georgia
This is a fully remote position with travel opportunities throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
As a Mid-South Membership Director, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to Adult Education programs across your region.
Member Support
- Provide exceptional support through email, phone, text, and Zoom
- Help members solve challenges and connect them with training and technical assistance
- Build strong, lasting relationships with current members
Training & Consultation
- Coordinate and deliver software demonstrations and training sessions
- Provide reporting guidance and best practices
- Conduct virtual trainings and occasional on-site visits
Growth & Outreach
- Build relationships with prospective programs
- Share the ConnectAble story and value with new partners
- Help expand our impact throughout the Mid-South region
Conferences & Events
- Represent ConnectAble at conferences, workshops, and professional development events
- Present and network at state and national events
- Join us each year at one of our favorite events—COABE!

Starting Salary: $36,000 – $38,000
